Located across the road from the beach at Port Broughton, Cactus Hill has sea views of the Port Broughton Bay.
Cactus Hill sleeps up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms – queen, queen, double & trio bunk; quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring linen and towels with them for their stay. A portacot is available at Cactus Hill, but guests will need to bring any bedding for it.
There is a main bathroom within the house which has a bath, separate shower (with small step) and toilet. There is also an additional outside toilet.
Cactus Hill has ducted evaporative air-conditioning throughout, with reverse cycle air-conditioning in the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the queen and double bedrooms, and electric portable heaters.
The master bedroom has a television with USB port & DVD player, with another television (with USB port) and DVD player in the lounge room. There is also a CD player, radio and board games for guests to use during their stay.
There is a well-equipped kitchen at Cactus Hill with an electric stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer and coffee machine (guests need to bring their own Caffitaly compatible capsules); and an easily accessible servery window joining the kitchen & dining room. There is a large chest freezer in the laundry and a separate drinks fridge in the outdoor entertaining area.
Cactus Hill has a large undercover entertaining area at the rear of the house, with plenty of seating plus a hooded barbecue and Weber. There’s also seating on the front deck, where you can enjoy seaviews and sunsets.
Fishermen are well catered for at Cactus Hill with a fish cleaning area and off-street boat & car parking. There’s also a crab cooker.
Cactus Hill is a pet friendly holiday house with a unfenced rear yard, when booking your stay let the Country Getaways office know you will be bringing your pet with you ($100 refundable bond applies per pet).
