Located at Port Vincent, Johlie’s Boathouse is a 4-bedroom holiday house with all the comforts of home.
Sleeping up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms – queen (large bedroom with ensuite & television), queen, trio bunk, 2 bunks – Johlie’s Boathouse is comfortable holiday accommodation. Quilts and pillows are provided for your stay, but guests will need to bring their linen and towels with them. The master queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet; plus there is a main bathroom with a bath, shower & toilet.
There is reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in both queen bedrooms and the lounge room, and a pedestal fan in the children’s retreat/games room.
Johlie’s Boathouse is a holiday house made for entertaining, both inside and out, with the family room, lounge, kitchen & dining a spacious open plan area which opens out to the deck through sliding doors for easy access.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything needed for guests, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, rain water and electric stove. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and guests will need to bring compatible pods to use. There is dining table seating and a breakfast bar, plus a high chair.
The lounge room at Johlie’s Boathouse has lounge seating, along with floor cushions and bean bags. There is a television with USB port, DVD player, iPod docking station and a surround sound speaker system.
Guests of all ages will love the ‘Red Room’! Set up as a games room/children’s retreat it has everything you will need to entertain the family while on holiday. Plenty of seating with a large lounge and bean bags, there is a television with USB port, DVD player, board games and books; plus, a PlayStation console with a large selection of games. Perfect for spending time inside on a rainy day!
In the laundry is a top load washing machine, clothes dryer and a second fridge for food & drink (no bait).
The landscaped gardens provide several secluded areas surrounded by palm trees to relax, or simply enjoy the comfort of the canopied daybed on the deck. There are a number of outdoor seating & dining options on the outside deck which surrounds the house.
An enclosed outdoor kitchen is well equipped for any barbeque or outdoor entertaining with a bar fridge, sink, hooded gas barbecue & Weber barbecue.
A long straight driveway provides off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles with room for a boat.
Johlie’s Boathouse is located on a no through road on the south-western edge of Port Vincent and is around a 15-minute walk to the shops, hotel, kiosk & beach.
With undercover decking linking the family room to the outside entertaining areas & so much provided for guests during their stay, Johlie’s Boathouse is a fantastic holiday house during any season.
