Located across from the beach, Sea Pines is a 3-bedroom holiday house in a tranquil setting at The Pines.
Sea Pines can sleep up to 6 people in it’s 3 bedrooms with a queen bed, bunk bed, and a king singled & trundle in the 2rd bedroom. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring linen and towels with them for their stay. There is a main bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room, with ceiling fans in the queen & 3rd bedroom, and pedestal fans in the bunk bedroom.
The lounge & dining room are combined, with a large television with USB port, plus DVD player. There are also several DVD’s provided for guests use while staying at Sea Pines. The Sea Pines kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave and electric stove. There is also a 2nd drinks fridge in the tool shed at the rear of the house.
The secure front yard is perfect for children, and has an undercover outdoor dining area. It’s a great spot to relax and listen to the nearby waves crashing.
Sea Pines has no mains water and runs entirely on rain water, so please use water conservatively.
Located between Point Turton & Corny Point, The Pines is on the northern coastline of Southern Yorke Peninsula and is a relaxed seaside township. Supplies & fuel are available at The Pines General Store, or Warooka is just a 25-minute drive aware for a supermarket, chemist, hardware store and other facilities.
For those wanting to explore further afield, Innes National Park is around 45 minutes’ drive away, and the Corny Point Lighthouse is less than 15 kilometres drive.
Sea Pines provides amenities for the fisherman, with a fish cleaning area, and off-street secure parking for a boat and up to 4 cars. Boats can be launched by tractor (see if a friendly local can help) on the single lane concrete boat ramp, or via the multi-lane ramp at Point Turton.
The Pines is very much an unspoilt location on Yorke Peninsula, with native vegetation still lining the beachfront and township. Being by the beach, Sea Pines enjoys sea breezes however does not have sea views due to the natural growth and its undeveloped setting.
