Sunset Sippers is in the perfect beachfront spot for a relaxing seaside holiday at Port Broughton. Located in Kerley Street, this holiday rental is just off the Fisherman Bay Road.
The holiday house can sleep up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms – queen, queen & a trio bunk bed (single & double). Quilts & pillows are provided for all beds, and guests will need to bring their own linen for their stay. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the main bedroom have a television with DVD player.
The open plan lounge room & dining area has reverse cycle air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a television with DVD player and board games.
A well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven; plus a coffee machine (bring your own Nespresso pods).
The large enclosed entertaining space at the rear on the house leads onto a well-manicured & designed garden, with a grassed area for kids to play on. There is lounge & bar seating in the outdoor room, with wall-mounted fans and a hooded gas barbecue.
Sunset Sippers has off-street parking for a boat and up to 3 vehicles. It also caters for those coming to fish in the waters off Port Broughton, with a fish cleaning area, crab cooker and a bait/drinks fridge in the laundry (located by the garage).
With no buildings in front, guests have a direct sea view of Spencer Gulf and can see the fishing boats coming & going from the Munderoo Bay channel.
Across the road from Sunset Sippers is a small park and part of the trail for following the Port Broughton to Fisherman’s Bay Walk.
Being on the western side of Yorke Peninsula, Sunset Sippers is ideal for watching the sun set, with a shaded seating area at the front of the house making it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.
