Cloud 9

With an absolute beachfront position and 180-degree views of the coastline from Pine Point through to the eastern point of the bay, Cloud 9 is a luxury holiday house at Black Point with everything needed for a beachside holiday on Yorke Peninsula.

Cloud 9 sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms – queen, queen, 2 singles, queen (with an external entry door from the verandah). Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired.

There is one spacious bathroom at the holiday house with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet; plus a 2nd separate toilet adjacent to the bathroom.

Cloud 9 has reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the living area, with a ceiling fan and wood combustion heater in the lounge room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The large living area comprises the kitchen, dining and lounge room with sliding door access to the balcony, which offers stunning coastline and beach views from the western cliffs to the eastern point.

The lounge room offers a selection of seating with sea views through the sliding doors, and a large wall-mounted television, DVD player and DVDs.

The master queen bedroom and single bedroom have wall-mounted televisions (with USB & HDMI ports).

The kitchen at Cloud 9 is fully equipped for any length of stay with a gas stovetop and oven, microwave, filtered water, Nespresso coffee pod machine, airfryer, and large fridge/freezer.

Laundry facilities at the holiday accommodation include a front load washing machine, iron, and a pull-up clothesline outside.

The spacious balcony overlooking the beach has outdoor seating and dining, with a Weber Q barbecue, and access to the lower level of the property which has sun lounges for relaxing and enjoying the sea views.

Steps provide easy access down to the beachfront directly in front of Cloud 9.

For those coming to fish, there are fish cleaning facilities at the holiday house and boat parking in the driveway, and the boat ramp is only a short drive away. Guests can also use the mooring located in the front of Cloud 9 for their boat.

There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars in the unfenced yard, but guests do not have access to the garage.

There are no shopping facilities in Black Point, but coffee can be found at Wilfred The Van on many weekends when they have their pop-up days. Nearby Pine Point has a kiosk offering a range of supplies including ice, general store items, newspapers, takeaway and more; or head north to Ardrossan for a broad range of shopping and dining options.
