Minlaton

Minlaton is located centrally on Yorke Peninsula, and is the main service centre for the surrounding district.

Minlaton offers a variety of facilities for travellers heading to the 'bottom end' of Yorke Peninsula, including a bakery, hardware store, hotel, newsagency and much more.

Minlaton has also evolved as a boutique and niche shopping location, with speciality shops including childrens clothing & gifts, homewares and much more. The township also boasts a yoga studio, gym and chocolaterie.

A stop here isn't complete without visiting Captain Harry Butler's Red Devil monoplane, believed to be the only genuine one left in the world.

The Yorke Peninsula Visitor Centre and Harvest Corner craft shop are located in the main street and are a popular stop for travellers looking for local information.

Minlaton is located 2 ½ hours from Adelaide.
