Hamilton House has 4 upstairs bedrooms – king, queen, queen, 2 king single - sleeping up to 8 guests (maximum 6 adults), with quilts, blankets, and pillows provided. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use.
The holiday house has 2 bathrooms, with the upstairs main bathroom having a 3-way design, with a bath, walk-in shower, vanity, and separate toilet. The master king bedroom's ensuite includes a walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet, while a convenient powder room with a toilet is located downstairs. For added convenience, a hairdryer is provided.
Hamilton House is designed with year-round comfort in mind. Reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning is available in the downstairs living area, study nook, upstairs lounge, and master bedroom, while ceiling fans in all bedrooms provide additional airflow.
