Just 10 minutes' walk from the Moonta Bay beach, Kinroc House is a large holiday house split across 2 levels, with plenty of room for 2 families or corporate travellers who need their own space.

Kinroc House can sleep up to 16 people and has 6 bedrooms across the holiday house. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms with queen, queen, queen, 2 bunks, 2 bunks; and downstairs is a queen bedroom.

Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office.

This spacious accommodation has 5 bathrooms in total, with 5 toilets. The upstairs queen bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower & toilet; and the bunk bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath, separate shower & toilet. Downstairs is a main bathroom with a spa bath, shower & toilet.

There is reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in all bedrooms, with ducted air-conditioning downstairs in the living areas, and pedestal fans.

Kinroc House has plenty of indoor entertaining spaces with lounge rooms upstairs & downstairs. Each lounge room has a large television with USB & HDMI ports, and DVD players. There is complimentary WiFi for guests to use during their stay, board games & a foosball table.

Downstairs, Kinroc House has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, filtered water system, large fridge & freezer, and automatic coffee machine. There are additional kitchen appliances including toaster & sandwich press.

Upstairs in the living area and adjoining the lounge room is a compact kitchenette with storage, sink and bar fridge.

The laundry is well equipped for any length of stay with a top load washing machine, and clothes dryer; and in the rear yard is a wall-mounted clothesline.

Outside, guests can enjoy the large undercover entertaining area overlooking the rear yard. There is plenty of outdoor dining & seating available, as well as a hooded gas barbecue, pizza oven, and large commercial drinks fridge.

Kinroc House has a secure rear yard with lawned area surrounded by a 5-foot fence, making it a fantastic space for families to enjoy.

There is a brazier / fire pit in the rear yard, and guests will need to bring their own wood to use while observing fire regulations and fire ban information.

There is undercover garage parking for 2 vehicles, with off-street driveway parking for another 2 vehicles or a car & boat. In the rear yard are fish cleaning facilities, and the Port Hughes boat ramp is just a short distance away.

It's a quick drive into Moonta for shopping needs including a supermarket, hardware store, chemist, butcher; or a choice of dining options at cafes, bakeries or hotels.
