Just 10 minutes' walk from Moonta Bay's beach, Lyndon Avenue is a single level holiday house with a large, fenced yard & off-street parking.
Lyndon Avenue has 3 bedrooms – queen, queen, single & trundle; sleeping up to 6 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office.
There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower & vanity, and a separate toilet.
Lyndon Avenue has reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the lounge room, and in the 3rd bedroom with the single bed & trundle. The lounge room has a ceiling fan, and there is a pedestal fan.
The living area is spacious and comprises the lounge room, kitchen & dining spaces. In the lounge is sofa seating, with a large television (with USB port) & DVD player.
The holiday accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher & medium sized fridge/freezer.
Outside, guests can relax in the undercover entertaining area with dining seating and barbecue facilities.
There are fish cleaning facilities at the rear of the house behind the shed, and for those coming to fish the Port Hughes boat ramp is just a short drive away, or for jetty fishing choose from the Moonta Bay or Port Hughes jetties.
Lyndon Avenue is fully fenced, with a secure front & rear yard, and a lawned area.
There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway with undercover carport parking for 1 car, and room for a boat to be parked in the secure yard.
Moonta is a short drive away from the accommodation and has plenty of shopping options with a supermarket, hardware store, butcher, hotels, cafes, pharmacy and a range of shops along the main street precinct.
