The accommodation has 5 bedrooms with a queen bed in the upstairs master bedroom, and downstairs offering a choice of queen, double, 2 king singles, and another queen bed. All bedding is provided, including quilts, blankets and pillows, and guests can enjoy the convenience of all linen supplied, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea-towels.
The main bathroom is located downstairs and features a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet, while the upstairs master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, vanity and toilet. A separate powder room upstairs also includes a toilet and vanity, with a hairdryer provided in both the downstairs bathroom and upstairs powder room.
Sea Horizons has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in the upstairs living area, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and portable heating is provided downstairs for year-round comfort.
The upstairs living area at Sea Horizons is bright and spacious, with electric recliner seating in the lounge, and a large wall-mounted television, DVD player with DVDs, CD player with a selection of CDs, and a radio for entertainment.
The open plan living space also includes dining with views of the gulf waters, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, stovetop, dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer, kitchen island seating, and access to the balcony. The kitchen at Sea Horizons has a wide range of appliances including a coffee machine (guests need to bring Dolce Gusto compatible pods or purchase locally), kettle, toaster, sandwich press, water filter, coffee bean grinder, deep fryer, stick mixer, SodaStream, electric frypan and air fryer.
Downstairs, Sea Horizons offers a second lounge room with comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted television with soundbar, a dining area with sea views, and a kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, kettle and microwave.
A stair gate on the internal staircase makes the home family-friendly for those with young children. Entertainment options include board games and books for guests to enjoy during their stay, with a television with HDMI and USB ports (no channels available) located in the king single bedroom.
Sea Horizons has a front load washing machine and a clothesline located in the rear yard, and outdoor spaces at the holiday house are ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with a large undercover balcony upstairs offering expansive sea views, lounge seating, a dining area, and a Weber Q gas barbecue.
There is also undercover seating and dining at the front of the property with gulf views, a fenced rear yard with lawned area, an enclosed fishpond, vegetable garden, and a fire pit (guests must bring their own wood and observe fire regulations).
Pets are welcome inside at Sea Horizons by prior arrangement with Country Getaways (small dogs only). Just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet with you for your stay.
A fish cleaning sink is located by the garage, perfect for preparing the catch of the day after a fishing trip, and boat launching is available at Pine Point and nearby Black Point.
Sea Horizons offers undercover carport parking for 2 cars, with off-street parking available for up to 4 cars including space for a boat.
