There are two bathrooms, three toilets, reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and two lounge areas, both with television, DVD and video and CD player with radio. Well equipped kitchen - electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and two large refrigerators/freezers.
Outside there is a dining area under the shady veranda, barbecue and Weber (bring your own beads). Washing machine and dryer provided. There is a secure yard with lots of lawn - ideal for young children. Excellent off street boat parking with fish cleaning facility in shed.
