Stays at Hughes is a spacious 2-storey holiday house at Port Hughes, offering a comfortable and well-equipped retreat for families or groups. With plenty of room to relax and unwind, this property is perfect for a Yorke Peninsula getaway.

Stays at Hughes features 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 guests (maximum 8 adults). Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a double bed. Downstairs, there is a queen bedroom and a retreat with a double bed and a bunk bed (2 singles). Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office.

The accommodation has 2 bathrooms, with the main upstairs bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, vanity, hairdryer and toilet. Downstairs, the second bathroom is shared with the laundry and offers a walk-in shower, vanity, and a separate toilet.

For year-round comfort, Stays at Hughes has reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the upstairs living area, queen bedroom, and the downstairs retreat. Ceiling fans are installed in all upstairs bedrooms and the living area, as well as the downstairs queen bedroom.

The upstairs living area is open plan, comprising a lounge room, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony overlooking the rear yard. The living room has a large wall-mounted television with USB and HDMI ports, and complimentary WiFi is available for guest use during their Port Hughes holiday.

The kitchen includes an electric stovetop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge with a freezer on the bottom, with additional kitchen appliances including an icemaker. Tea and coffee provisions are supplied, and guests can bring their own Aldi Expressi capsules for the coffee pod machine or purchase them locally.

Downstairs, the retreat offers additional living space with a lounge, television, and an electric recliner lounge suite. The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and K-Fee coffee machine. A selection of board games is also provided.

Laundry facilities are located downstairs and shared with the bathroom, with a top-load washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, and pull-up clothesline in the yard.

Outside, Stays at Hughes offers a shaded entertaining area at the rear of the property, complete with outdoor dining and seating overlooking a landscaped yard. A hooded gas barbecue with a gas ring and a fire pit (guests must bring their own wood and observe fire regulations) are also available for use. The fully fenced yard includes a lawned area at the front and back, perfect for outdoor activities.

There is off-street driveway parking for up to 4 cars, with additional room to park a boat in the fenced area at the front of the house.

Stays at Hughes is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the sand and sea. The holiday house is also close to Port Hughes' attractions, including the jetty, boat ramp, and local dining options and is only a short drive to nearby Moonta and Moonta Bay.
