Tabula Rasa

With distant sea views of Oyster Bay, Tabula Rasa is a single-level holiday house overlooking Stansbury's golf course.

Sleeping up to 7 people, Tabula Rasa has 3 bedrooms – queen, queen in the main house; and in the rumpus room/3rd bedroom is a bunk bed and single. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired.

There is one bathroom in the main house with a bath, walk-in shower and vanity; and a separate toilet.

Tabula Rasa has reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in the living area, with ceiling fans in both queen bedrooms. The lounge room has a wood combustion heater and ceiling fan.

The living area is open plan comprising the lounge room, desk for working, kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and dining, with access to the entertaining area and rumpus room.

There is a well-equipped kitchen at the holiday house with an electric oven and stovetop, microwave, rainwater, coffee pod machine and medium fridge/freezer, plus a range of kitchen appliances including sandwich press, kettle, toaster, stand mixer and electric frypan.

The rumpus room/3rd bedroom is a great kids retreat, and has reverse cycle split system air-conditioning with a ceiling fan. Entertainment options include a television (for games only, no access to free-to-air channels), CD player, radio and board games.

There are full laundry facilities at Tabula Rasa with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer (in undercover area), iron, ironing board, clotheshorse and clothesline in rear yard.

The undercover entertaining area has seating and dining options overlooking a landscaped garden, with a hooded gas barbecue.

In the fenced rear yard is a trampoline (with net enclosure), chiminea and for those coming to fish at Stansbury, a fish cleaning sink is available.

Pets are welcome inside at Tabula Rasa by prior arrangement with Country Getaways; note small dogs only. Just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet with you for your stay.

Guests can park in the secure garage, with room for another 2 cars in the driveway plus a boat.

Tabula Rasa is less the 10 minutes' walk to the Stansbury foreshore, supermarket and dining options; and just across the road is the Stansbury Golf Course with 9-holes to play, bring your clubs on your holiday and play a round of golf.
