Bellavista features 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen rooms and a trio bunk room (double on the bottom, single on the top), sleeping up to 9 guests (maximum of 8 adults as the top bunk is suitable for children only). Quilts, blankets, and pillows are provided, but guests need to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats, and tea towels with them for their stay, or linen can be hired. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use.
The property includes 2 bathrooms for convenience. The master queen bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. The main bathroom offers a bath, walk-in shower, and vanity, with a separate toilet located nearby.
Comfort is assured year-round with reverse cycle split-system air-conditioning in the living area and trio bunk bedroom, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area. Portable heating is also available for cooler nights.
