Located on the beachfront at Tiddy Widdy Beach, Crab'n'Away is a single-level holiday house with uninterrupted sea views of the coastline & Gulf St Vincent.
Sleeping up to 7 people, Crab'n'Away has 3 bedrooms – queen, queen, trio bunk. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office.
There is 1 bathroom at the holiday house with a walk-in shower, vanity & toilet.
Crab'n'Away has an open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining & lounge room with sea views from the lounge room and front deck.
The lounge room has a large television (with USB & HDMI ports), BluRay player, DVD's & board games; plus complimentary WiFi for guests to use during their stay.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, coffee machine (guests need to bring Aldi Expressi compatible pods) & medium sized fridge/freezer.
Crab'n'Away has an undercover deck at the front of the house, with outdoor seating & dining and views of the sea. At the rear of the house is a hooded gas barbecue under the verandah.
Pets are welcome inside at Crab'n'Away by prior arrangement with Country Getaways. Just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet (no cats) with you for your stay.
There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars in the secure rear yard, and room for a boat to be parked in the fenced yard.
From Crab'n'Away access to the beach at Tiddy Widdy Beach is via a designated path located around 150m towards Ardrossan.
Cyclists & walkers will enjoy exploring the walking trails around Tiddy Widdy Beach, with the Walk The Yorke trail heading both north & south along the coastline just across the road from the accommodation. Or the CH Smith Trail goes from Tiddy Widdy Beach into Ardrossan.
Ardrossan is a quick drive away for a range of shopping & dining options, with a large supermarket, chemist, hardware, takeaways, cafes, bakery & hotels.
