With stunning marina views, Happy Days is a 2-storey executive holiday house ideal for families or corporate visitors to Wallaroo.
Happy Days has 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. Upstairs is a king master bedroom, and queen; and downstairs is a queen; queen & toddler bed; queen & toddler bed.
Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use for the portacot and toddler beds.
The upstairs master king bedroom has an adjoining ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet; and a separate toilet is on the upper floor. Downstairs is the main bathroom with 3-way access to the bath and walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
Happy Days has ducted air-conditioning throughout for year-round comfort, and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
All bedrooms at the holiday accommodation have wall-mounted televisions, with USB and HDMI ports for guests to use with their devices.
Access via a lift is available to the upper floor or the accommodation, but please note that an adult needs to operate the lift for all guests.
Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, filtered water, large side-by-side fridge/freezer and automatic coffee machine. There is a range of small kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster, electric hand beater, sandwich press, and airfryer.
The upstairs dining space is spacious with a large extendable dining table, and plenty of seating, plus a highchair and booster seat for those travelling with young children.
The lounge room has spacious sofa seating with electric recliners, and a large television (with USB & HDMI ports), with board games and jigsaws for guests to enjoy during their Wallaroo holiday.
Happy Days has a large balcony offering sweeping 180-degree marina canal views, which adjoins the upstairs living area with direct access from the kitchen and lounge room. There is outdoor dining and seating, a ceiling fan, large hooded barbecue and pizza oven.
Downstairs the family room has a corner lounge seating with chaise, large television (with USB & HDMI ports), and toys for young guests to enjoy, with access to the rear of the house and marina pontoon. Within the family room is a kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and toaster.
There is a fully supplied laundry at the holiday house with a front load washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and clothesline in the courtyard outside the laundry. An ice machine is located on the laundry bench for guests wanting to make ice during their stay.
An entertaining area is located on the ground level overlooking the pontoon and marina canal, with direct access from the family room to the outdoor space. There is seating and dining within the undercover entertaining area, with landscaped gardens and steps to the pontoon and waterfront.
For those coming to fish, the Wallaroo boat ramp is just a 5-minute drive away, and there are fish cleaning facilities at the holiday house in the side courtyard. Boats can use the marina pontoon for tethering to tie-up points, with lights, water and power available on the pontoon, and swimming steps.
Happy Days has off-street parking for up to 3 cars with room for a boat in the driveway.
From the holiday house it's just a 5-minute drive to North Beach or to Wallaroo's main street with a range of shopping & dining options available across the town, including supermarket, hardware, chemist, cafes, hotels and the Bond Store distillery and brewery.
