Located within the Copper Cove Marina at Wallaroo, The Stately Way is a single level holiday house with pontoon access.
The Stately Way has 3 bedrooms – queen, 2 bunks (4 singles), queen; sleeping up to 8 people. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels) with them for their stay, or linen can be hired through the Country Getaways office. A portacot is supplied, and guests need to bring all bedding to use.
There are 2 bathrooms at The Stately Way, the ensuite bathroom adjoining the master queen bedroom has a spa bath, walk-in shower & toilet. The main bathroom has a 3-way design for easy access, with a bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet & vanity.
There is ducted air-conditioning throughout at The Stately Way for year-round comfort, and ceiling fans in the lounge room.
Overlooking the marina canal is the open plan living area comprising the lounge room, dining & kitchen, with direct access to the entertaining area, rear of house & marina pontoon.
The lounge room has comfortable leather sofa seating with a large television with USB & HDMI ports.
The Stately Way has a fully-equipped kitchen with kitchen with gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine & large fridge/freezer. A range of small appliances are provided for guests to use during their stay including a food processor, electric frypan, milkshake makers & electric grill.
The adjacent dining area has plenty of seating for all guests, with toys & games located in the nearby buffet.
In the laundry, guests will find a top load washing machine, iron & ironing board, with access to the clothesline located in the entertaining area.
With sliding door access from the living area, the undercover outdoor entertaining area is enclosed and has plenty of space for guests to enjoy, with dining seating and a Weber Q barbecue.
At the rear of the house is a fenced yard with access to the marina frontage.
There is off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars or 1 car & a boat, and secure garage parking for 2 cars.
The Stately Way is located less than a 10-minute drive into the heart of Wallaroo, with a large supermarket, hardware store, chemist and many more shopping options. Dine at one of the hotels, cafes & restaurants with a range to choose from in the main town area.
Or head towards North Beach just a short drive away, or around a 20-minute walk with a long stretch of beach to explore or stop in for brunch at the North Beach Kitchen.
